Ans : Fertility Treatment Support Foundation.

Ans : FTSF was established in 2008 but was formally known as EART.

3. Ques : How are winners selected ?
Ans : Winners are selected through electronic raffle draw.

4. Ques : Are the quarterly draws national or venue specific ?
Ans : The draws are national.

5. Ques : How often does the FTSF draw comes up ?
Ans : It is done quarterly.

6. How does one know when the draws starts for the quarter ?
Ans : It will be annouced through the media ( Print and Electronic).

7. Ques : How do i apply ?
Ans : Text or SMS the following FTSF(space) Name (space) Age (space) Address (year of marriage) to a particular short code for that quarter that will be announced and displayed in print and electronic media.

8. Ques: Does the foundation do the treatment ?
Ans : The foundation does it in partnership with Nordica Fertility Centre Lagos/Asaba.
